An inspirational two-day Achievement and Result Orientation course helps drive change and enhance effectiveness and efficiency to transcend process to achievement and high performance results– for managers and work team-leaders. LEARNING METHOD USED

In this fun-filled highly experiential training, the training facilitator adopts a coaching and facilitative approach. It is very important to engage the participants in reviewing their own outcomes in enhancing their own productivity and achievement inperformance.

The fun-filled activities are designed to illustrate key issues that the participants are facing in achieving excellence and greater performance as a change leader at work by using management tools to create illustrations, demonstrations and activities such as role plays, Creative and Strategic Problem Solving exercises, advance brainstorming, reversal techniques and group discussions.

    • Strategic planning involves analysis of the current situation
    • SWOT analysis – understanding current situation
    • What results do you want to achieve?
    • Exercise: Option Evaluation – Next possible steps to Move Forward

 

  • Breaking through thought patterns and assumptions
    • Recognising left and right brain thinking
    • Identifying how we are able to achieve results
    • Evaluate personal effectiveness profile: self-assessment questionnaire
    • How the Body and Mind Connects to Shift thinking
    • Exercise: Applying Anchors to direct Mind to Achievement of Results

 

DAY 2

  • Methods and tools for Developing a results orientated mindset
    • Brainstorming or ‘piggy-backing’ thinking session
    • Reverse Brainstorming for Highly Result Oriented Mindset
    • Sort cards or mind maps
    • Exercise: Visualization techniques to turn-on the Results orientated Mind
    • Facilitator technique demonstration with group plus learning review

 

  • Develop action orientated goals
    • To develop a definite SMART goal focus.
    • How to use numbers to make your goals more quantitative
    • Wrap-up on personal Effective Stretch Goals and Objectives setting
    • Exercise: Determine you action plans to work towards meeting objectives
    • Review the effectiveness of planning

 

  • Develop personal strategies for improving results orientation
    • Using the problem checklist and the Power of Chunking
    • Productive Thinking Strategies – Divergent versus Convergent Thinking
    • Root Causes of Inefficiencies and Weaknesses in Systems
    • Applying to work related problems – areas of cost effectiveness
