Course Overview
Effective Logistics Planning and Control is designed to bring knowledge and awareness to participants on the importance of effective and efficient logistics planning and control in ensuring smooth supply chain operations. The programme highlights how proper planning, coordination, and control of logistics activities can improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels across the supply chain.
Effective logistics planning and control are extremely important and it is the heart of the company overall operation. An effective logistics system ensured that information and material move seamlessly from supplier for company operation needs and delivering finished stock to customers.
