Course Introduction
Effective Logistics Planning And Control program is to bring knowledge and awareness to participants on important of effective and efficient logistics planning and control.
Effective logistics planning and control are extremely important and it is the heart of the company overall operation. An effective logistics system ensured that information and material move seamlessly from supplier for company operation needs and delivering finished stock to customers. Without an effective logistics planning and control system in place, costly and inefficient solution are the alternatives selected out of necessity.
Good planning and control system in place ensure cost optimization, reducing unnecessary expenses in transportation, warehousing and inventory holding cost and at the same time and delivery of the 7R of customer satisfaction. It also eliminates and reduces certain risk and allow business to manage increasingly complex distribution network.
Course objective
