INTRODUCTION FOR UL 1017 / CSA C22.2 STANDARD TRAINING STANDARD FOR SAFETY FOR VACUUM CLEANERS, BLOWER CLEANERS AND HOUSEHOLD FLOOR FINISHING MACHINES
The aim of these 2 days systems training for electrical products and equipment is to be marked with specific fire safety-related information and meet permanency of marking requirements. These markings can include electrical ratings, user instructions, warnings regarding potential fire and injury safety hazards, and cautionary markings. Compliance with permanency of marking requirements helps ensure that the labels will adhere to the application surface, and that the text will remain legible for the product’s intended use in compliance with the UL 1017 / CSA C22.2 Standard Directive for Vacuum Cleaners, Blower Cleaners and Household Floor Finishing Machines.
LEARNING OBJECTIVE
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
