INTRODUCTION FOR SELF-AWARENESS AND THE IMPORTANCE OF INTERNALIZATION USING NLP

In sciences such as psychology and sociology, internalization involves the integration of attitudes, values, standards and the mindset of others into one’s own identity or sense of self. Internalization is how man is a product of society. So, in this program we understand why Internalization is so very important to the development of the individual staff and how each one of us can enhance our personal effectiveness and efficiency by understanding our own identity, our personality type and our make up so that we can reinvent or reprogram ourselves to face the challenges at the workplace.

The one thing that influences greatly the human psyche, how we became who we are, is the way an individual internalizes role models. Role models often speed up the process of socialization and encourages the speed of internalization as if someone an individual respects is seen to endorse a particular set of norms, the individual is more likely to be prepared to accept, and so internalize, those norms. This is called the process of identification. Internalization helps one define who they are and create their own identity and values within the workplace that has already created a norm set of values and practices for them.

Participants will gain insights into why and how NLP (Neuro Linguistic Psychology or Programming), a proven science of human excellence, is extremely useful in this internalization process. How we could adapt the mindsets, values or even the expertise of our role model and imprint it into our subconscious mind, thus actualizing the internalization process and re-create a new identification of ourselves that is empowered, motivated or even inspired to perform in the workplace.

  • Understand the identification of self, the ‘I am” Precursor that influence all our thoughts and behaviours.
  • Integration of attitudes, values and standards of our role model into this identity.
  • Learn to enhance individual performance and how to synergize with others for better result.
  • Individuals learn how to be more adaptable and improve interaction and collaboration with others
  • Reinventing or reprogramming the self for peak productivity and performance.

 

WHO MUST ATTEND

This workshop is designed for all staff who need to have in-depth knowledge of self-awareness and internalization and how to apply it to reinvent self for peak productivity and performance at the workplace.

 

Emotional Excellence Profiling Software :

The EE profiling tool has been administered to thousands of individuals from Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The Personality Inventory is named after the acronym Let’s Explore our personality based on Openness, Neutral, Analytical, Relational and Decisive behavioural tendencies.

The profiling toolsI can identify a person’s emotional orientation and locate a person’s preferred behavioural orientations on any of the five behavioural dimensions as stated above. It yields 26 classical personality types such as the Creative Imaginator, Neutral Expert, Analytical Thinker, Relator and Decision-Maker. An individual’s personality can be profiled with the use of the Personality Software.

The Software is a user-friendly computer program that can be used to determine the exact personality profile of the individual. Based on the personality profile obtained, the individual is given suggestions and recommendations for:

  • Personal improvement
  • Enhancing teamwork with others
  • Improving leadership styles
  • Improving creativity
  • Enhancing learning skills

    • The Human Psyche- our made up
    • 3 major factors that makes us who we are
    • Identification – the ‘I am’ precursor of Internalization
    • Verbal Programming Exercise: A means of Internalization

DAY 2

  • Morning Session: Process of Internalization

    • Internalization – defines values, attitudes, mindsets and ultimately behaviours

    • Exercise: Attitude Change Tool

Afternoon Session: Recreating the Empowered Self

  • Modeling the Best – the Premise of NLP
  • Building our self-esteem – the precursor of all productive behaviours
  • Remodeling our best of self
  • Value-based leadership to manage self and others
  • NLP Reprogramming Exercises: Visual Swish, Mental Modeling & Self-esteem Building
  • Exercise: Developing a Personal Action Plan
