INTRODUCTION FOR ISO 22000:2018 AWARENESS

This course provides an overview of the purpose and requirements of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) for development and implementation. It also provides participants with the key changes and improvements of the ISO 22000 management system.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the purpose of a food safety management system
  2. Recognise the key change of the revised standard
  3. Familiar with FSMS requirements and implementation
