GR&R is necessary to ensure that Measurement Systems have the necessary capability to detect changes in your product or process performance. It is essential to have a reference to standards so that product and process specifications are consistent. Consequently, GR&R is required by ISO or IATF Standards (e.g. IATF 16949). This training will be conducted as per AIAG MSA Manual 4^th Edition.

• Conduct measurement system studies including assessment of linearity, stability, repeatability, and reproducibility.
• Differentiate components of variation in a measurement system.
• Understand how to make improvement after GR&R studies.
• Develop the ability to compare gauge variation to tolerances.
• Establish gauge correlation and corrective factors.
