Firewall Security Management and Operations for IT Personnel : This 2-day programme is designed to equip IT personnel with the knowledge and practical skills required to manage firewalls in an organisational network environment. The training covers firewall fundamentals, security policy design, NAT, VPN, log monitoring, hardening, troubleshooting, and the role of firewalls in security incident handling. The sessions combine lectures, guided discussions, demonstrations, practical exercises, and case-based learning to help participants apply the knowledge in real work situations.
