INTRODUCTION FOR ELECTRICAL WIRING SCHEMATIC & SAFETY
Participants will be introduced to electrical basics before venturing into schematics and wiring as understanding the fundamentals is very important. Schematics are the graphical interpretation of electric circuitry and will be learned before going on to actual wiring. Wiring required connections and it will be learned after schematics. Wiring standards and ways to connect such as soldering and crimping will be introduced with practical’s.
In the next stage, electricity daily usage in single and three phases will be learned to understand power sources. Then electrical safety and electro static will be introduced as it is an essential part in daily job function. Finally, once all the requirements of electrical wiring being learned, the troubleshooting part with equipment will learned and practiced to fully grasp the electrical skills.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- To read and understand electric schematic reading and perform simple calculation
- To understand the basics of electrical wiring practices and regulations.
- To be confident in hands on practical basic electrical troubleshooting
