Accident investigation is crucial to find out the root cause of accidents and consequently help to prevent similar accidents in the future. On the other hand, safer working environments benefit from fewer accidents, which results in fewer occupational health costs, and better employee satisfaction. In the course, the trainer will guide you on the technique to carry out an accident investigation, and how to notify the accident cases to Malaysia authority, Department of Occupational Safety and Health.
