This program demonstrates how managers and HOD’s can use this revolutionary tool to mobilize their people to fulfill its vision and mission. The Balanced Scorecard is more than just a measurement system that can channel people’s energies, abilities, and specific knowledge throughout the organization toward achieving long-term strategic goals. Today’s managers and HOD’s are using the Balanced Scorecard to guide current performance and target future performance.
