INTRODUCTION FOR AUTOMATING TASKS USING POWER AUTOMATE

A starter course in Power Automate, a business process automation tool from Microsoft’s Power Platform which allows one to automate repetitive tasks.

 

TARGET PARTICIPANTS

  • Persons who face repetitive mundane tasks.
  • Preferably well-versed in Microsoft Office tools.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Learn basic terms and concepts of Power Automate.
  • Learn to create workflows which automate web and desktop tasks.
  • Course covers the web version of Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.

 

METHODOLOGY

The course is a hands-on workshop led by an instructor. Participants are required to achieve tasks throughout the duration of the training.

 

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  • Browser required.
  • Go to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2102613 to download and install Power Automate before the desktop.
  • If you have two computer monitors, please use them.
