INTRODUCTION FOR AI-ENHANCED BUSINESS COMMUNICATION & WORKPLACE PRODUCTIVITY

This one-day workshop introduces employees to Generative AI (GenAI) as a practical workplace assistant for communication, research, reporting, and presentation development.

 

Rather than focusing on theory alone, the course demonstrates how AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, YouMind, Gamma, and Napkin can support everyday business tasks including:

  • Writing emails and internal communication
  • Summarizing documents and meetings
  • Conducting research and extracting insights
  • Brainstorming ideas and visual planning
  • Structuring reports and presentations

 

Participants will also learn prompting techniques, AI tool selection, and AI security practices to ensure responsible and effective use of AI in professional environments.

 

The program emphasizes that AI should augment human intelligence rather than replace it, ensuring the human touch remains essential in all workplace communication.
