INTRODUCTION FOR AI CHATBOT DISCOVERY & DEVELOPMENT

The AI Chatbot Discovery & Development course introduces participants to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), and the rapid evolution of AI-powered chatbots. It provides a clear overview of how chatbots work, including how they process human language, generate responses, and are applied in real-world scenarios such as customer service, education, marketing, and business automation. The program is designed to build awareness and curiosity while helping participants understand the growing importance of AI in today’s digital world.

Over the two-day course, participants will first explore the core concepts and development of AI chatbots, including their history and practical applications across different industries. They will then move into a hands-on learning experience where they will create simple chatbots using no-code tools and learn basic prompt engineering techniques to improve AI responses. By the end of the program, participants will have a functional chatbot prototype and a foundational understanding of how to design and develop AI-driven conversational tools.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of this course, participants will:

  • Understand how AI and LLMs power modern chatbots
  • Compare different chatbot platforms and use cases
  • Apply prompt engineering to control AI chatbot behavior
  • Design and prototype an interactive chatbot using visual tools
  • Explore ethical considerations in AI usage

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Participants will be able to:

  • Describe the function and evolution of AI chatbots
  • Distinguish between rule-based and LLM-powered bots
  • Build chatbot conversations using prompt logic
  • Create and customize a chatbot using a no-code tool (e.g., n8n)
  • Apply AI responsibly in educational or business contexts

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

  • Educators, students, and professionals exploring AI tools
  • Beginners curious about AI in daily life
  • Teams interested in developing their own chatbots
  • Tech enthusiasts and creators looking to prototype with AI

COURSE METHODOLOGY
