Whistleblowing – Awareness And Implementation Training you will learn The Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 was enacted to encourage and facilitate disclosure of improper conduct in both the public and private sectors. To achieve this objective, the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 grants protection to the persons making disclosures against detrimental actions.
Whistleblowing can be an effective tool of bribery, corruption and fraud detection provided the reporting an effective reporting channel within an organization is in place and has already been implemented in a structured manner.
