INTRODUCTION FOR SCHEDULED WASTES MANAGEMENT
This training enhances the audience understanding on environmental awareness through the concept of environmental pollution from the perspective of toxic waste management. Scheduled wastes are very toxic and dangerous to the environment as well as to human health. Improper waste management will result in classification as a ‘non-compliances’ or an illegal dumping case.
Cleaner production is the continuous application of an integrated preventive environmental strategy applied to processes, products, and services to increase eco-efficiency and reduce risks for humans and the environment.
Analysing environmental management systems implemented on the basis of cleaner production (CP) projects demonstrates, that CP supplies management and employees with systematic tools to decrease the environmental impact and at the same time CP saves costs from inefficient use of materials and energy and motivates the organization as well by creating awareness throughout the enterprise.
