QCC become the means by which workers bring about improvements. Forming successful QCC is only the start. In time this QCC must be able to reach out and work with other QCC, till the whole organization is linked together. This should naturally lead to the organization working in unity, towards achieving its objectives, goals and vision.

  • Check-sheet, Process flow, Pareto analysis, Fish bone diagram.

Day 2

Module 5

  • Brainstorming for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Module 6

  • Monitoring the results.
  • Before and after implementation.
  • Alternative solutions.

Module 7

  • Tangible benefits.
  • Intangible benefits.

Module 8

  • Standardization.
  • Update documents.
  • Future plans.
  • Practical exercises on QCC presentation.
