- Inco terms – Understanding the term and the liability and transfer of goods
- Clearance procedure (Kastam) – Tariff code and calculation of taxes
- Insurance and Freight calculation
- Optimization of Freight cost (LCL versus FCL)
- Type of charges
- How to pack for shipping safely and process flow in shipping operation
- Risk Mitigation on Import and Export operation
- Exercise and case study
