Feed Fraud Management
This course aligns with the competencies expected for QA, procurement, and production staff in feed manufacturing and supply chain roles. It provides a comprehensive framework to understand, evaluate, and mitigate fraud risks within the feed supply chain, ensuring compliance with global safety standards and protecting business health.

Upon completion, learners will be able to:
Explain the concept, types, and risks of feed fraud, and differentiate it from food safety and food defense.
Interpret the feed fraud mitigation requirements in FSSC 22000 V6, GMP+ FSA, and other GFSI-recognized standards.
Conduct a feed fraud vulnerability assessment using a risk-based approach and document the findings.
Develop risk-based mitigation and monitoring controls for high-risk raw materials and suppliers.
Implement procedures for incident management, traceability, and recall related to suspected feed fraud.
Prepare for internal and external audits by maintaining compliant documentation and evidence.
Apply continuous improvement principles to review and update the feed fraud mitigation system.
