DAY 1 — The Power of Presence & First Impressions
Module 1: The Psychology of Appearance
- How image influences perception and trust
- Self-audit: What does your look say about your role?
- Industry-appropriate grooming standards for different ranks
- Activity: “Image Audit Challenge” – Participants pair up and assess each other’s appearance based on checklists (e.g. grooming, posture, attire). Then refine based on feedback.
Module 2: Corporate Grooming & Style Codes
- Elements of grooming for both men and women
- Appropriate wear for daily office, meetings, and formal events
- Grooming mistakes to avoid at executive level
- Game: “Style Code Showdown” – Each group is given a business scenario and must dress a mannequin (real or imagined) accordingly using cut-outs or digital slides. The best-dressed wins.
Module 3: Executive Body Language & Voice
- Power posture, walk, and gestures
- How to command attention using tone and clarity
- Smiling vs. seriousness in leadership communication
- Game: “Mirror Me, Executive Edition” – In pairs, one leads with body language and voice tone; the other mirrors. Feedback is given on authority, authenticity, and alignment.
Module 4: Meeting Etiquette & Protocol
- Punctuality, agenda prep, device use
- Introducing stakeholders, seating protocol
- Hierarchy respect in cross-level meetings
- Game: “Who Sits Where?” – Participants are given a floor plan of a high-level meeting. In groups, they must arrange seating, host order, and intros based on hierarchy and protocol.
DAY 2 — Elevating Influence through Etiquette
Module 5: Dining Etiquette for Business Success
- Table setting: Asian vs. Western
- When to speak, toast, and excuse yourself
- Handling awkward dining moments
- Game: “Etiquette Maze Meal” – Participants are guided through a 3-course dining simulation. Mistakes are flagged live by the trainer for real-time learning. Bonus: Napkin folding challenge.
Module 6: Cross-Cultural Business Etiquette
- How different cultures view time, gifting, dress, and eye contact
- Global handshakes, business card exchange rules
- What not to do: Common global faux pas
- Game: “Cultural Survival Sprint” – Rapid-fire Q&A: Participants guess correct etiquette in a given country. Bonus round: Teams roleplay short international meetings.
Module 7: Wardrobe Power Planning
- Building a timeless professional wardrobe
- Colour strategy for trust & influence
- Signature look creation for personal branding
- Activity: “Executive Capsule Wardrobe Draft” – Each person sketches or plans a week’s worth of looks (mix & match) for different business settings, using a style guide provided.
Module 8: Personal Presence & Brand Walk
- Putting it all together: image, voice, etiquette
- Polishing gestures, greetings, posture
- How to walk in and own a room
- Game: “The Power Walk” – Each participant walks into a ‘room of decision-makers’. Others vote: would you trust this person with a million-dollar deal? Feedback given for adjustments.
