Develop the knowledge and skill required to implement an ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 is an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Internal Auditor Training.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor 2-days course offers a general understanding of the concepts of the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standard and the principles and practices of effective internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011. Experienced instructors explain the clauses of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 in detail and guide
students through internal audits that are required for an ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on ISO 45001:2018 . Students gain necessary auditing skills through a balance of formal classroom
tutorials, practical role-playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions. This is currently one of the most dynamic courses available due to its progressive, hands-on approach.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course will help XXX (M) Sdn Bhd EHSMS committee to:
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of the auditor
- Apply ISO 19011 definitions, concepts, and guidelines
- Recognize the principles, practices, and types of audits
- Evaluate and apply continual improvement in all processes
- Define processes, understand process methodology and process audit techniques
- Plan and conduct all phases of an internal audit
- Identify non-conformances in the process audit
- Prepare and present effective reports
- Corrective action analysis and evaluation
- Auditing and conversation threads with top management
XXX (M) Sdn Bhd EHSMS committee will learn about:
- Guidelines of management system auditing according to ISO 19011:2011
- Application of auditing guidelines to ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
- Initiating, preparing and conducting audit activities
- Preparing and distributing the audit report
- Completing audit and follow-up
