New Leader Essentials™ (From Individual Contributor to Confident People Leader)
The transition from individual contributor to leader requires more than technical competence. New leaders must learn to achieve results through others, communicate expectations clearly, provide constructive feedback, motivate different individuals and handle challenging people situations confidently.
This practical two-day workshop equips newly appointed leaders with the essential mindset, skills and tools to lead themselves, their people and team performance effectively.
