  • Understand the various shipping term used in shipping operation
  • Differentiate the difference between Inbound and Outbound shipping
  • Grasp all the documentation requirement in handling a shipping operation

  • Parties in Inbound and Outbound Cargo Movement
  • Clearance procedure and Kastam Forms – Tariff code and calculation of taxes
  • Insurance and Freight calculation
  • Optimization of Freight cost (LCL versus FCL)
  • Understand the Role of Logistics in Cargo Movement
  • Proper Packaging and Labeling in Shipping Operation
  • Risk Mitigation on Import and Export operation
  • Exercise and case study
