INTRODUCTION FOR THE GREAT UNDERSTANDING & APPLICATION OF SELF-TEAM ENHANCEMENT VIA MBTI

The MBTI tool is proven, the most widely used Personality Tool in the world, with over 2 million taking it annually. It is an assured choice, self-report, personality questionnaire used to measure and describe people’s preferences for how they like to get information, make decisions, and orient their lives. The MBTI provides a simple way of seeing how people are alike and how they differ. When people are aware of their differences, they can build better understanding, communication and reduce conflict. The MBTI instrument thus helps to improve teamwork performance and productivity whilst reducing unproductive interpersonal and intra-organizational conflict. Individuals can use their MBTI results to understand their preferred nature styles, behavioural patterns, evaluate the best fit between themselves and their jobs and better manage situations and stresses accordingly for self, team and business. Hence, in this 2-days workshop we shall include the MBTI learning and the immediate use of the tool for enhancing workplace environment, at the same time indirectly help achieving business results.
