Teambuilding One Team One Goal Training. In almost every company or organization, teamwork plays a vital role in getting missions accomplished. How can we ensure a great performing team?
In the book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the author explains the five dysfunctions include:
- Lack of trust
- Fear of conflict
- Lack of commitment
- Avoid accountability
- Inattention to results
These dysfunctions often occur when individuals and departments operate in silos, communication is unclear, or when team members do not share the same priorities and purpose. When these issues are not addressed, the performance of the entire organization may decline, resulting in poor collaboration, reduced motivation, and slow progress toward company goals.
“One Team One Goal” is designed to synergize and get people to work together to meet the company objectives. This program aims to help teams rediscover their strengths, appreciate one another’s roles, and build the foundation needed to perform at a higher level. By reinforcing unity and understanding, team members will be able to move beyond personal limitations and embrace a shared mission.

PROGRAM DELIVERY STYLE
The program includes theoretical discussions, games and role-play.
A combination of experiential learning and reflective sharing allows participants to not only understand concepts but also practice and internalize them. Activities are designed to suit participants of various backgrounds and create a lively, engaging, and impactful learning experience.
