Without a proper supply chain system, operation has a higher risk of failure or running into storm and if this happened, “fire fighting” will occur, resulting loss of productivities and increase of cost to the company.
Thus, this program are designed to bring much needed awareness, the skill, and knowledge on how to implement an effective and efficient supply chain operation.
