The Human Rights management is a key component to ensure organization social compliance/governance and its supply chains are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that business operations are environmentally responsible and conducted ethically. Human Rights components are wholly attributed to the International Labour Organisation (ILO) requirements and standards.
