  • Tool and equipment requirements 
  • Step-by-step teardown checklist

 

Afternoon Session:

4.0 Component Inspection and Evaluation 

  • Inspecting ejector pins, inserts, runners, cooling lines 
  • Using basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges) 
  • Documentation and condition logging

5.0 Basic Repair Techniques 

  • Polishing scratches and minor dings 
  • Replacement of damaged components

DAY 2: Cleaning, Assembly and PM Scheduling
