INTRODUCTION FOR MANAGING WAREHOUSE AS EFFICIENT DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
One of the key role of warehousing operation is to ensure material get received and distributed efficiently to internal and external customers.
Not meeting this objective in a warehouse operation means that the total warehouse and inventory management system failed to meet the most important task.
In this program, participants will learn the key principal and technique of warehousing, inventory management, and understand the knowledge and skill required in managing the warehouse and inventory operation to ensure an effective and efficient distribution management system is in place.

By the end of the 14 hours tutorial and practical in class practices, the learning achieve will enable the following:-

CLO 2- Skill achieved is able follow and reproduce the warehouse distribution process at the work place according to the standard requirement of warehouse and inventory operation in order to be an efficient and effective distribution centre (P3)
CLO 3 – Attitude achieved is able to discuss and put into practice the right process flow in warehouse distribution centre operation (A2)

This training program is highly recommended for employees involve in warehousing & store operation and employees in other department, which has related cross-functional relationship, for example, purchasing, production, and logistics departments.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
This training will involve the following area to enhance learning:
- 14 hours training program over 2 days or 4 days x 3.5 hours per day online learning via Zoom or Microsoft Team with client license or training provider license
- Power point presentation in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Case studies / Brain storming session
- Discussion on subject of learning
- Facilitating by trainer to enhance understanding of subject matter
- Bilingual Notes will be provided (BM and English)
