INTRODUCTION FOR HOW TO HIRE SMART

The purpose of a job interview is to find out whether there is a good fit of skills, experience, and attitude between the interviewee and the organization. This course will provide the interviewer with tips on preparing for a different interview format, what to expect, and how to hire the right candidate.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES

At the end of the session, the participants will be able to:

  • Conduct a structured interview session (virtual and physical)
  • Develop suitable questions for a different levels of jobs
  • Apply different type of interviewing format (Competency-Based, Situational, Traditional, Behavior-Based)
  • Practice their interviewing skills in a supportive environment
  • Improve their candidate’s assessment process
  • Practice the critical communication skills of an Interviewer

  • Manager (HR and Non-HR) who is involved in interviewing session or hiring process.

 

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Duration: 2 Days (14 hours)
  • Delivery Platform: Virtual Facilitation (preferred platform: ZOOM)
