INTRODUCTION FOR EXECUTING VDA 6.3 PROCESS AUDIT FOR INTERNAL PROCESS AUDIT
This 2-day course is designed for new internal auditors and experienced internal auditors who has been acquired with the knowledge of VDA 6.3 Process Audit requirements interpretation and need to perform internal audits according to VDA 6.3 Process Audit approach. Participants will complete an in-depth review of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 Process Audit on the internal audit programme and auditor’s competencies requirements and to fill-up the gap in compliance to both standard on Manufacturing Process Audit. VDA 6.3 will be used as the tools to effectively prepare and conduct internal audits. They will learn the skill of applying the process approach and Risks Based Thinking in conducting the audit and able to compliance to the standard’s requirement, customer specific requirement; CSR (if any) and fulfilling the organization’s management expectation.
During the training session, participants will learn how to use the Analysis Tool 2.0 software for auditing purpose.
LEARNING OBJECTIVE

- Understanding the overview of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 requirements on Internal & Supplier Auditor competencies and qualify themselves before performing the audits.
- Understanding the requirements of ISO 19011 Guidelines for auditing management system.
- Develop the Internal Auditor skill in performing process audit base on interpretation of VDA 6.3, PFMEA & Control Plan requirements, knowledge data based, process approach audit methodology and Risk Based Thinking approach. Different approach of auditing when auditing process elements P2, P3, P4, P5 and P7 from P6.
- Plan and perform auditing including conducting effectiveness follow up from the audit finding.
- Complete cycle of audit methodology.
- Review of auditor performance periodically.
