Managers and leaders as well as all employees need excellent people management skills so that they can be good leaders. A good understanding of people skills would enable leaders to provide the necessary leadership to enable their teams to perform well. Participants will develop the ability to effectively apply people skills such as empathy, understanding human behaviour, self-regulation and building bonds to achieve excellence in the workplace.

Participants will gain insights into why and how individuals get into conflicts, why they do what they did and what can be done to prevent and resolve conflicts effectively. This workshop incorporates tools and ideas used in Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP) that make a real difference by enhancing and developing your skills to understand the psychological background of self/others at a much deeper level and to be able to easily influence your people to achieve significant results. EMOTIONAL EXCELLENCE PROFILING:

The EE profiling tool has been administered to thousands of individuals from Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The Personality Inventory is named after the acronym Let’s Explore our personality based on Openness, Neutral, Analytical, Relational and Decisive behavioural tendencies.

The profiling tool can identify a person’s emotional orientation and locate a person’s preferred behavioural orientations on any of the five behavioural dimensions as stated above. It yields 26 classical personality types such as the Creative Imaginator, Neutral Expert, Analytical Thinker, Relator and Decision-Maker. An individual’s personality can be profiled with the use of Personality Software.

The Profiling tool is a user-friendly assessment that can be used to determine the exact personality profile of the individual. Based on the personality profile obtained, the individual is given suggestions and recommendations for:
