Effective Warehouse Operation and Inventory Management is essential in driving overall organisational efficiency, as warehousing is one of the most critical areas of asset management within a company. The demand for higher warehouse efficiency continues to grow, and without proper control and systematic management, it can lead to operational inefficiencies and financial leakages that directly impact business performance.

This 2 days training program is to bring awareness, knowledge, and technique of warehouse and inventory management to warehouse and store employees in order to meet the challenging demand of businesses to stay ahead of competition.

  9. UNDERSTAND the importance of location system and type of location system to deploy for most efficient operation
  10. APPLY the knowledge to job function
