- The “Why” and “How” of Business Agility: GE’s removal from the Dow Jones as a symbol of the need for agility. Introduction to the Better Value Sooner Safer Happier (BVSSH) framework.
- Key Outcomes: Understanding why agility is crucial for competitive advantage and foundational principles of BVSSH.
Module 2: Value Stream Mapping and Impediment Removal
- Value Stream Mapping Workshop: Mapping current value streams to identify bottlenecks.
- Impediment Removal Simulation: Simulating the impact of removing impediments to flow. Impediments are the path.
- Prioritisation Game: Prioritising product investments based on “will it be used” and “how quickly”.
