Course Overview
This intensive 1-day in-house program equips employees and managers with practical knowledge and hands-on skills to leverage ChatGPT for improving workplace productivity, communication, and management reporting. Participants will learn how to structure effective prompts, transform raw drafts into polished business outputs, extract insights from data, and build reusable ChatGPT templates for recurring tasks. The program is deliberately workshop-heavy, with a short warm-up activity to open proceedings and a hands-on exercise built into every module, enabling participants to leave with practical, ready-to-use ChatGPT skills rather than theory alone.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Apply structured RCIO prompting techniques to obtain accurate, relevant, and professional ChatGPT outputs;
- Significantly improve the clarity, tone, and professionalism of business writing using ChatGPT;
- Use ChatGPT to extract data from reports and format it for PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets;
- Build and apply simple Custom GPTs or saved prompt templates to recurring workplace tasks;
- Design simple management reporting structures and KPI dashboards with ChatGPT’s assistance; and
- Create and maintain a personal library of reusable prompts to automate recurring tasks.
Who Should Attend
Executives, Managers, Team Leaders, and general staff who use ChatGPT (or intend to) for day-to-day business writing, reporting, and analysis.
Program Delivery Style
This program is delivered as an in-house, hands-on workshop. Theoretical exposition is strictly limited in favour of rapid, guided practice: every module includes a structured workshop activity so participants are typing prompts into ChatGPT for the majority of the day, not just watching slides.
Program Duration
1-day program, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Program Language
To be conducted in English.
Certification
A ‘Certificate of Attendance’ will be awarded to participants upon completion of the full 1-day program.
