It’s not just managers who have a big impact on your business success. Your individual contributors spend their days working with customers and handling all the day-to-day activities that keep your business running smoothly. They are the silent majority of your organization, and building a sustainable business takes their motivation and commitment.

Our Self Leadership training program teaches individuals the mind-set and skillset they need to become empowered, proactive self-leaders who take control of their own success and are committed to getting results for your organization.

This 2-days training outline focuses on self-awareness, self-improvement, and self-leadership, covering foundational concepts, practical tools, and actionable strategies for personal and professional growth, culminating in a plan for continuous self-development.

These two(2) days program is divided into 2 components. The first component is the understanding of ones mindset and encourage Growth Mindset towards Life-Long-Learning (Continuous Improvement). The modules encompass the understanding of 4 renown Psychological Models and allows the individual to reflect on own strength and weakness. Upon the self-awareness, this translates to commitment and determination to take purposeful action towards Self Leadership, independently. The awareness and in depth insights is crucial towards personal and professional excellence with holistic universal values.

Day 1: Foundations of Self-Awareness and Improvement

Morning:

Introduction (30 minutes): Welcome, objectives, and setting the stage for personal growth.

Module 1: Self-Awareness: Understanding the Self (90 minutes):

  • Building a Solid Foundation of Self Awareness
  • Self-Awareness: who am I?
  • Defining self-awareness and its importance
  • Module 3: Identifying strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations

  Module 2: Exploring Being “One”-self and its role in self-awareness

  • Building Personal Effectiveness
  • Confidence, self-belief – and how to attain it
  • Fostering an agile ‘growth mind-set’
  • Mental toughness and life success
  • Beating fear of failure – breaking out of your comfort zone
  • Practical exercises: Self-assessment tools, journaling, and reflection

  Lunch Break (60 minutes)

Afternoon:

Module 3: Self-Improvement: Setting Goals and Taking Action (120 minutes):

  • Setting SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans

     Module 4: Overcoming procrastination and building self-discipline

  • Developing a growth mind-set and embracing challenges
  • Practical exercises: Goal setting workshop, action planning, and overcoming obstacles

 

Wrap-up and Q&A (30 minutes): Review of day’s content, open discussion, and addressing questions

 

Day Two (2)

Morning

Being the best leader you can be begins with being willing to look in the mirror: What do I offer? Where do I need to improve? How can I leverage my strengths? You will engage in a range of activities to highlight your relative strengths and weaknesses and explore the impact these characteristics have on other people. This reflection will also consider your personal values and how these influence behaviour and decision-making.

Module 5: Mastering Self-Leadership and Continuous Growth

  • Self-Leadership: Leading Yourself (90 minutes)
  • Defining self-leadership and its principles
  • Developing self-motivation and resilience
  • Understanding the impact of self-leadership on others
  • Performance 10X Challenge- Are You Game For It?

Practical exercises: Leadership simulations, role-playing, and interactive activity- simulation

   Lunch Break (60 minutes)

  Afternoon:

Module 6: Continuous Growth: Building a Self-Development Plan (120 minutes)

  • Creating a personalized self-development plan
  • Identifying resources and tools for continuous learning
  • Developing a habit of self-reflection and feedback seeking
  • Setting up accountability and support systems
  • Group and individual sharing, Gratitude And Honour Pay-forward resource identification, and peer feedback

 

Wrap-up and Action Planning (30 minutes): Review of the training, action planning for implementation, and next steps
