Demonstrates how Agile practices are applied across non-tech functions. Participants engage with use cases and identify enablers of successful Agile transformation.

 

Module 4: Scrum & Common Agile Techniques

Covers core Agile frameworks with an emphasis on Scrum. Participants engage in hands-on simulations to internalize team roles, events, and flow.

 

Module 5: The Mindset Shift & Why Agile Transformations Fail

Focuses on the difference between doing Agile and being Agile. Interactive scenarios challenge participants to make values-based decisions. It will cover on main reasons companies fail to get the full value of an agile project.

 

Module 6: What’s Next 

Wraps up with future pathways, including certification, leadership development, and internal capability building. Participants commit to next steps through action planning.
