INTRODUCTION FOR ISO 19011:2018 GUIDELINES FOR AUDITING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
This training can provide guidance on auditing management systems, including the principles of auditing, managing an audit programme and conducting management system audits, as well as guidance on the evaluation of competence of individuals involved in the audit process. These activities include the individual(s) managing the audit programme, auditors and audit teams.
This programme is designed to help organisations develop a structured, consistent and value-adding internal audit process in line with ISO 19011:2018. It focuses on strengthening audit planning, execution and reporting while ensuring audits are conducted objectively, systematically and based on evidence. The training also supports organisations in enhancing auditor competence and improving the overall effectiveness of management systems.
