This training focuses on the Employment Act 1955 (amendment 2022), Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other legislation related to employment. Participants will learn the critical elements in each legislation, roles, and responsibilities of employees and employers to make sure they adhere and comply with the respective legislation.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVE
