INTRODUCTION FOR HOW TO HIRE SMART
The purpose of a job interview is to find out whether there is a good fit of skills, experience, and attitude between the interviewee and the organization. This course will provide the interviewer with tips on preparing for a different interview format, what to expect, and how to hire the right candidate.

At the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
- Conduct a structured interview session (virtual and physical)
- Develop suitable questions for a different levels of jobs
- Apply different type of interviewing format (Competency-Based, Situational, Traditional, Behavior-Based)
- Practice their interviewing skills in a supportive environment
- Improve their candidate’s assessment process
- Practice the critical communication skills of an Interviewer
