Course Overview

Hazmat And Chemical Spill Training course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to handle hazardous materials and manage chemical spill incidents effectively. This training focuses on compliance with relevant Malaysia regulations, understanding the risks associated with hazardous materials, and implementing safe handling practices to protect personnel, property, and the environment.

  1. Identify hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and their associated risks.
  2. Understand legal and regulatory requirements related to HAZMAT handling and chemical spill response in Malaysia.
  3. Develop the ability to recognize and assess spill scenarios.
  4. Implement appropriate spill containment and clean-up procedures.
  5. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) effectively during spill management.
  6. Create and follow emergency response protocols for HAZMAT incidents.
