OTC Training Centre is a trusted HRD Corp training provider, offering HRD Corp claimable training courses under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001), overseen by the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR).

Our Training Provider is also registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and certified by the Malaysia Board of Technologies (MBOT) as an Approved Training Provider (ATP), offering programs that help Professional Technologists (Ts.) and Certified Technicians (Tc.) earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. Additionally, our HRD Corp training includes accredited programs by EiMAS, such as Basic Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting, Mitigation, Audit, and Reporting, providing 6 CPD hours. We also deliver CPD-accredited courses recognized by the Energy Commission including Facilities Management Training (4 CPD points), Chiller and HVAC Problem-Solving (8 CPD points), and Energy Management Fundamentals (8 CPD points).
