Debuting in the year of 2001, HRD Awards claimed the pedestal for being the highest recognition in the human resource development field. Awarded by Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) and endorsed by the Ministry of Human Resources, HRD Awards were awarded to its registered employers, training providers and trainers who have been at the forefront of human capital innovation and transformation.

Continuing the culture to nurture the talents in human resource development sector, HRD Corp hosted its 20th HRD Awards 2022 Gala Dinner at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on the 17th of January 2023. To officiate the Awards ceremony, Yang Berhormat Tuan V. Sivakumar, Minister of Human Resources was invited. In his speech, the Minister of Human Resources said, “The HRD Awards is a great way to evaluate how well employers and industry players have fared in strengthening their human resources development efforts. Their successes have and will continue to set the benchmark for others to emulate,” the Minister concluded.

A total of 31 Awards were given out to employers, training providers and trainers. OTC Training Centre Sdn Bhd has received the honour, being among elite training providers that were recognised at the Awards.
