INTRODUCTION FOR IATF 16949:2016 INTERNAL QUALITY AUDITING
The objective of this course is enabled participants to understand internal auditing as a tool to achieve compliancy of automotive Quality Management Systems (AQMS) of IATF 16949:2016 in their workplaces or companies.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the seminar, participants should be able to:
- fully understand ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements or clauses.
- apply the proper interpretation of the standard in actual internal audit situations.
- tailor an internal audit interview based on the requirements of the standard.
- plan and conduct effective process based and risk-based thinking for internal audit at sites.
- manage the audit process, including opening meetings, auditing, closing meetings, and reporting.
- skills of performing live audit. Understand the application of quality management principles in the context of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- relate the quality management system to the organizational products, services, activities and operational processes.
- understand the application of the principles, procedures and techniques of auditing.
- understand the purpose and applicable uses of the core tools
- link the core tools to IATF 16949 requirements
- understanding of the importance of Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)
