This course enhances knowledge of food safety and hygiene and learn how to upkeep the cleanliness of food premises according to GMP & HACCP standards and be a competent food hygiene auditor in any F&B industry.

LEARNING OUTCOME:

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Train the participants with knowledge and application skills in conducting hygiene audit
  2. Enable the participant to apply the learned skills to the workplace
