INTRODUCTION FOR DEFENSIVE DRIVING TRAINING

Defensive driving training presents participants with an awareness of defensive driving. Defensive driving is a way to anticipate problem in order to prevent vehicle accident and the resulting injuries, death and property damage. This program for employee will cover 2 major areas: The Driver’s Knowledge This module will focus on preparing the participant’s mind and knowledge to be a safe driver in their journey. The Driver’s Skill This segment will expose the participant to safe driving techniques and tips.

COURSE OBJECTIVES DEFENSIVE DRIVING TRAINING

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • At Build a mindset of improving the Quality and Safety of their Life, both personal and at work
  • Understand and identify the hazards that causes road accidents
  • Understand and practice the defensive driving& riding techniques during following situations (reversing, cornering, overtaking, travelling, breaking, fatigue management)
  • Utilize the Safe Journey Plan tool to plan their journeys
  • Utilize the vehicle inspection tool
    • Manage fatigue problem in proper manner
